Social Impact Specialists assists organizations to develop and/or document their Theory of Change. This can be done before or after the development of an Outcomes Measurement Framework in line with the preferred approach. 

The Theory of Change is the operational path to impact. It looks at the activities of the program and what it needs to bring the intended journey of change.

When changes are mapped, the logical relationship and chronological flow between the activities and the intended outcomes are illustrated and provide a pathway to the desired impact. By building a Theory of Change, one can determine the underlying assumptions at each stage and will confirm that the project is on track and able to deliver the intended outcomes.
