Social Impact Specialists offer’s the following training and workshops sessions

• Introduction to Social Impact Measurement, including highlighting the similarities and differences to generalised output reporting

• What are Program Logic Models and Theory of Change?  

• Fundamentals of Outcomes Measurement Frameworks

• Indicators of Change, what are they and how important are they to measuring social impact, what tools can be used as Indicators of Change, how to incorporate existing organisational data as indicators

• Data collection, harnessing existing data and creating new data sources

• Analysing data, data visualisation and dashboard reporting

• Creating meaningful reports

• Specialist training, for example incorporating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into frameworks
