Outcomes Measurement Frameworks
Social Impact Specialists works with stakeholders to collaboratively develop Outcomes Measurement Frameworks that incorporate the short, medium and long-term impact on individuals, organisations and the community.
An Outcomes Measurement Framework is used to determine the effectiveness of a program or service and track the Journey of Change by:
1. Involving multiple stakeholders including funders, service providers, community voice partners with lived experiences, significant others, and usually involves
2. Undertaking a detailed analysis of service contracts and any existing, overarching frameworks. These might include the organization’s mission and State, National or Global frameworks such as The Child and Youth Wellbeing Framework or the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
