Indicators of Change

Social Impact Specialists works with stakeholders to define and document the Indicators of Change that are used to measure targeted social impact outcomes.

Some examples of these indicators include data gathered from: 

• Existing tools such as evidence-based surveys and scales such as those incorporated in Australian Social Value Bank, Outcome Star and SCORE.

• Customised pre and post service delivery surveys

• Customised assessment tools and or templates

• Recorded output data from programs

• Evidence-based case-studies or focus groups

• Cost-benefit analysis or Social Return on Investment studies
